This is an excellent Arabica coffee from the rich subtropical landscapes in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia. The soil morphology, climate and mineral-rich soils produce a coffee with aromas of jasmine and bergamot blossoms and a subtle floral taste. It is a refined coffee with a fine body and light roast for anytime you need something a little more balanced.
